What is Structural Features of extruded fin tube?

  • Integral Formation of Fins and Base Tube:The fins and base tube of extruded fin tubes are integrally formed through the extrusion process. There are no gaps between the fins and the base tube, resulting in a tight bond, low thermal resistance, and high heat transfer efficiency.

What is the manufacturing process of this type of finned tube?

  • Extrusion Molding Process: The metal material is heated to a certain temperature, placed into an extrusion mold, and pressure is applied by an extrusion machine. The metal material flows in the mold and fills the cavities of the fins and base tube, thus forming the fin tube. The extrusion molding process can achieve high-precision manufacturing of fins, with high dimensional accuracy of fin thickness, height, and spacing, which is conducive to improving heat transfer performance.​​​​
